Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days from dispatch.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend and no charges added at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately, and a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to start updating.

Customs and import duties

Prices do not include import duties or taxes that your country may apply. Where such charges arise, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays and lost parcels

Carrier backlogs, weather or customs checks can occasionally push delivery beyond the usual window. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email info@hentalo.com and we'll track it, replace it or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
