Does it work for both dogs and cats?

Yes, for both and at any size. The silicone tips work just as well on long coats as they do on short ones.

Can the steam burn my pet?

No. It isn't hot steam. It's a fine water mist that lightly dampens the coat so it detangles more easily.

How long does shipping take?

7 to 10 business days to the US, UK, Canada and Australia, with free shipping on every order. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I charge it?

With the same USB cable you use for your phone. A full charge takes a couple of hours and lasts through plenty of grooming sessions.

How do I clean it?

The fur wipes off the base with your hand or a cloth in seconds. The head can be rinsed with water; wipe the body with a damp cloth. Don't submerge the whole unit.

What's in the box?

One 3-in-1 steam pet brush. Boxed weight is 3.6 oz.

Which colors are available?

Lime green, yellow, beige and white. Same brush inside, so pick whichever you like.
