This store is operated by Hentalo, based in Spain, shipping internationally. You can reach us at info@hentalo.com.

2. Products

We do our best to display our products accurately. Colors can vary slightly depending on your screen, and hand-measured dimensions may differ by up to roughly one inch. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown on each product page and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping is free. Import duties, if any, are not included. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

We accept PayPal, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping and returns

7. Product use and safety

This is a grooming tool for pets. Use it as described in the instructions. Do not use it on broken, irritated or injured skin. Supervise use around children. If your pet has a skin condition, check with your vet first. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and design, belongs to Hentalo or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
