This policy explains what personal information Hentalo collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and order details. Payment card details go straight to our payment processors and are never stored by us.
When you browse: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
- To handle returns, refunds and customer support
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To improve the store and, where you have agreed, to show you relevant advertising
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to do their job: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping and fulfilment partners, and analytics or advertising providers where you have consented. We never sell your personal information.
International transfers
Your information may be processed outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Residents of California, and of other US states with similar laws, can exercise those rights through our Your Privacy Choices page. UK, EU, Canadian and Australian residents have equivalent rights under their own legislation.
