These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Hentalo. By placing an order you accept them.

This store is operated by Hentalo, based in Spain and shipping internationally. Contact: info@hentalo.com

2. Products

We display our products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and hand-measured dimensions may differ by up to roughly one inch. These variations are not defects.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on each product page. Shipping is free; import duties are not included. We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by our providers.

5. Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

6. Safe use

This is a grooming tool for pets. Follow the instructions provided. Do not use on broken, irritated or injured skin, and supervise use around children. If your pet has a skin condition, consult your vet first. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to Hentalo or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies.
